First line

Petersson – Shipachyov – Jaskin led Dynamo to huge win in Ufa

After loss to CSKA our team moved straight to Ufa without seating one more day in Moscow. Salavat is struggling in getting higher in the standings despite huge potential of the team. Vyacheslav Kulyomin returned to our lineup after two months being injured.

In the beginning our team played more active than hosts. We needed only four minutes to open the scoreboard, Vadim Shipachyov was alone in front of the net to make it 1-0. Salavat added in the second frame and our veteran goalie Alexander Yeryomenko started to play more and saved us in number of moments.

However we were able to double our lead when Andre Petersson used a pass from Dmitrij Jaskin. In the end of the period Sakari Manninen scored on powerplay. In the third one we needed only 8:16 to make it 4-1 and the game was decided. In the end Salavat was close to reaching us however their third goal happened only with 0:12 to play in the game.

Dynamo climbed to the second place of Western Conference and will try to secure this spot in two days in St. Petersburg.
