Bocharov led Dynamo in Nizhny Novgorod

For Volga trip Dynamo had a limited number of players, four of them stayed in Moscow due to health issues. Finnish defenseman Juuso Hietanen returned to the lineup, Ivan Bocharov started his sixth consecutive game in the net.

It’s a big rivalry between our teams, all games are packed with battles and intensive plays. Michal Cajkovsky with a solo effort opened the scoreboard in the beginning of contest, extending his point streak to five games. Later in the game our goalie Bocharov showed how good he is. We survived on 3-on-5 situation for more than 90 seconds.

Torpedo put a lot of pressure on our net. In the end Daniil Ilyin scored a real beauty showing his skills and tied the game with only 1:55 left to play. The game was decided in shootout series where Andre Petersson led our team to an important win. Ivan Bocharov stopped 46 of 47 shots on his net.
