Hard work works hard

Spartak had so many problems in the end of regular season, so they were extra motivated for the derby against us. For the first time the son of Alexander Yeryomenko goalie Maxim was dressed for the game.

Teams showed quite good energy in the first period and created a lot of chances. Dynamo used one of them when Dmitry Rashevsky scored from Kodola’s pass. At the second period Kodola doubled our lead in the powerplay.

Spartak back to the life in the third period. Ilya Talaluyev used his chance to cut the lead. The game became more nervous. Jakob Lilja with 3:21 to play in the game extended our lead. However, it wasn’t the end. Soon Spartak answered back creating very dangerous ending.

Dynamo took this game and the next rematch would be in two days again at Megasport.
