Serebryakov’s night

Our ex-goaltender stopped his home team.

Our coaches decided to put in the net veteran Alexander Yeryomenko while Ivan Kulbakov was set as a backup.

It’s hard to play bottom teams and it was in the air. We didn’t have sharpness in our moves and plays moreover their goalie Nikita Serebryakov had an extra motivation for tonight’s game. He was in the same Dynamo sports school with our goalie Ivan Bocharov who watched the game from the stands.

We dominated in the second period, but Serebryakov stopped all shots. We even increased our speed in the third and… Admiral scored from the breakaway. Our ex-forward Miks Indrasis flied away and scored his 300th KHL point. Soon we tied it, but officials found high-sticking. With 2:37 to play Eric O’Dell found the back of their net. In shootout series Admiral used two their attempts to seal a win.
