Marching to playoffs

Dmitrij Jaskin and Teemu Pulkkined led Dynamo to huge win over Torpedo

Both teams played their fourth game in this regular season including preseason it was seventh matchup. Dynamo led in this regular season with 2-1 record.

Torpedo started well, they had four minutes powerplay that was stopped by our goalie Ivan Bocharov. Visitors had real chance before we started scoring.

Dmitrij Jaskin used a great pass from Vadim Shipachyov, in 14 seconds Teemu Pulkkinen buried the rebound from Daniil Tarasov’s shot. Later we stopped all attacks of Torpedo and Vadim Shipachyov made another great play for Jaskin who caught Kirill Kaprizov in goal scoring race in KHL.

The third frame started with a blast from Michal Cajkovsky. In one minute, Jordan Schroeder beat Bocharov. Then they got another powerplay chance pulling the goalie. Instead of cutting our deficit Pulkkinen restored our 4-goal lead. The game finished with a brawl between Torpedo’s Sergei Zborovsky and our forward Dmitry Moiseyev.
