After tight battle with CSKA our coached did not make any changes in the lineup while our opponent faced with injuries of key players.

The first frame teams started quite accurate, it seemed that our team is looking a little bit nervous. But the momentum quickly changed when Michal Cajkovsky fired from the blue line in the middle of the period. Later Andrei Alexeyev redirected the puck and it went in – 2-0 after 20 minutes.

In the second period Juuso Hietanen collected one more goal to his personal account with an assist from Vadim Shipachyov. Lokomotiv did not give up and they started to create dangerous moments near our net. In the end Maxim Afinogenov made it 4-0 on the breakaway.

Well, next period started like we were down by four goals. Home team pushed back and did not try to overturn the game. It was our first road win against Lokomotiv for more than three years, Ivan Bocharov made his second shutout this season.
