Jokers spoil birthday party

To the final spot of our road trip Dynamo came with 4 wins in a row. Jokerit played first game at home after difficult Far East trip with an additional stop in Chelyabinsk.

Maxim Afinogenov and Yegor Alanov returned to our lineup instead of Alexander Petunin and Ilya Kruglov.

The game started in high tempo without neutral waters. After missing chance from Vladimir Bryukvin, Aleksi Halme made a shot from close range, it was not good enough, but it was enough to get to the net. Before the first intermission Michal Cajkovsky fired from his cannon to tie the game.

In the second Jokerit had a possession however Dynamo created a couple of opportunities. Brian O’Neill buried the rebound to give jokers a lead. In the beginning of the third Alex Grant with a solo move made it 3-1. Our team tried to return to the game but Jokerit played solid in their zone and won in five more faceoffs than our team.

Dynamo is heading to Moscow where on November, 26 will host Lokomotiv Yaroslavl at special home game.
