Wait and win

After super emotional Game 2 teams moved to Moscow. Both coaches made few changes deciding not to shuffle the roster.

In first period there were a lot of battles and maybe more chances from our side. Dynamo waited, sacrificed and tried to find best option to find a win. In the second frame we found it. Kirill Gotovets fired from the blue and Ivan Igumnov was alone near the end to open the scoreboard. The game didn’t change much. Ivan Muranov found his chance and sent the puck top shelf to double our lead.

At the start of third period Eric O’Dell scored from the breakaway to decide all question in Game 3. Ilya Konovalov recorded his second shutout in KHL Playoffs history.

In two days, we’ll try to establish our lead in the series.
