The end of the season

Our coaches made some changes in the lineup. Ivan Muranov, Dmitry Rashevsky, and Sergei Boikov replaced Daniil Tarasov, Vyacheslav Kulyomin, and Mikhail Grigoryev in the lineup. SKA didn’t change a person in the third straight game.

Dynamo played more active in the first period, we outshot the opponent with 10-4 score. With 5 seconds left to play in the period, Evgeny Timkin fired from the slot to give SKA a 1-0 lead. We started the second frame with four straight penalties and SKA capitalized twice on the powerplay to kill the game and the whole series.

Later in the period we got our powerplay opportunities but we cannot beat Magnus Hellberg that night. In the third teams didn’t show too much. Vladislav Tsitsyura set the final score 4-0. Dynamo finished the season with a loss in Saint-Petersburg.
