Hard start of the playoffs

In last two seasons we had a pretty bad record against Severstal – 2-4. We lost them all times in overtime or shutout series. Coaches made some adjustments to the bottom lines.

Dynamo started pretty well making 18 shots on goal in the first 20s. Oscars Lindberg, Vadim Shipachyov and Dmitrij Jaskin had a quite good chance to pull our team ahead. Severstal decided to play tight in this game, sometimes they played very rudely, few of our players have been hurt.

At the beginning of the second Dmitrij Jaskin scored the first and lonely goal of the night. He was on the crease and sent a backhander to the net. Fights and battles all over the ice. In the end, we played very accurately and secured the win with a 1-0 score.
